Welcome to Breathing In Relief!
The main aim of Breathing In Relief is to get your breath harmonized with your physical movement in order to help you incorporate a deeper breath into your everyday life. This helps to relax the nervous system, to build a strong communication with the body, and to get out of mind chatter. This class uses a combination of breathing and light movement that can be done from a seated position if you’d like. It's a great class for those with chronic conditions, anxiety, stress, and those who just feel like they’d like to retrain their nervous systems to slow down.
